MIAMI — More than a thousand miles from South Florida, a conference that matters to the region’s agency owners and service businesses is under way this week. HighLevel, the Dallas-based software company behind the GoHighLevel platform, is hosting LevelUp 2026 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas through Thursday, Oct. 29, with an optional Encore Day on Friday, Oct. 30, according to the official LevelUp site and HighLevel’s events page.

For Miami founders who run their marketing, lead follow-up and customer messaging on HighLevel, or who sell those services to others, the main event is not the keynote lineup. It is what the company says it will show on stage.

What HighLevel Says Is on the Agenda

In an Oct. 14 press release, HighLevel said more than 1,500 founders, entrepreneurs, agency owners and business builders would attend and that more than 60 speakers would take the stage. Named speakers include Gary Vaynerchuk of VaynerX and VaynerMedia, Daymond John of FUBU and The Shark Group, Neil Patel of NP Digital, Ryan Deiss of The Scalable Company, performance coach Trent Shelton, content strategist Adley Kinsman and Billy Gene of Billy Gene Is AI & XR Marketing.

The company’s three co-founders, Shaun Clark, Varun Vairavan and Robin Alex, are expected to unveil “more than 300 product features and updates” along with a first look at HighLevel’s 2027 product roadmap, the release said. The official agenda puts that session, called LevelUp Day, at 10:30 a.m. Central (11:30 a.m. Eastern) today, Tuesday, Oct. 27. A HighLevel LinkedIn post says Thursday’s program features Vaynerchuk, Chris Finlayson of OpenAI, James Dumoulin and Shelton.

HighLevel describes itself as “the AI-powered operating system” for businesses, agencies and founders, combining CRM, messaging, automation and AI agents in one platform.

Why It Matters in Miami

Miami has no shortage of small businesses that live and die by response time: clinics, law firms, real estate teams, home-service companies and med spas that field inquiries by phone, text, web form and Instagram message. Agencies that sell HighLevel setups in the region pitch that use case. One Davie-based agency that serves Miami-Dade describes missed-call text-back, booking and follow-up sequences as the typical build, and says workflows can branch by language so a Spanish-speaking lead gets a Spanish reply.

That bilingual angle is where Miami has more at stake than most markets, and where the fine print matters. HighLevel’s own support documentation says business-texting registrations (known as A2P 10DLC) are rejected if the registration fields contain non-English text. The fix it gives is to write the registration in English and include English translations alongside any non-English sample messages. A Miami business sending Spanish-language texts has to plan for that before it applies, not after a rejection.

So the questions worth asking of this week’s announcements are practical ones. Will new AI agents handle Spanish as well as English? Will changes to plans or pricing affect a small agency’s margins? And which features arrive immediately, and which only in early-access testing? HighLevel has promised a first look at its 2027 roadmap, and those are the details to look for. We have not independently confirmed any specific product announcement made at the event so far.

A Miami Event Follows Close Behind

LevelUp is not the only HighLevel-adjacent gathering with a Miami tie. HighLevel’s events page lists the Seven Figure Agency Intensive, in Miami, among the industry events where it will be present in November. The organizer, Seven Figure Agency, says on its event page that the Intensive runs Nov. 9 and 10 at the Miami Marriott Dadeland, with a private third day on Nov. 11 for higher-tier members. It is an application-only event for agency owners, with 50 guest seats among roughly 300 attendees, and a $97 prepayment that is refunded if an applicant does not qualify. It is a separate company’s event, not a HighLevel conference, and HighLevel’s listing gives different dates (Nov. 8 to 11) than the organizer’s page.

What Miami Founders Can Do Now

Small-business owners who don’t use HighLevel don’t need to travel or change anything this week. For those who do, the practical steps are modest: check the HighLevel release notes after the event for what is live and what is in testing, review texting registrations for language compliance, and ask any agency partner which new features it plans to adopt and when.

Recordings of the sessions are available for purchase, according to the LevelUp FAQ, approximately four weeks after the event ends.

Entrepreneurs Of Miami will follow up once HighLevel publishes its full list of announcements.
